About Even Energy

Even Energy was founded in April 2019 by Eve Bensky. Eve is a licensed massage therapist, Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, and certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in corrective exercise. Eve’s interest in body work began when an osteopathic physician introduced her to some energy based techniques. She had been seeking relief from numerous chronic medical issues, including pain, sinusitis, and migraines, with no lasting relief from her symptoms. Eve’s health improved drastically once she incorporated energy work into her routine. She decided she wanted to help others experience the relief she was able to achieve.

In 2017, Eve began the intensive, two year Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner training. She completed the certification program in April of 2019. Her Energy Medicine journey led her to massage therapy. Eve attended both trainings simultaneously, and completed her massage therapist licensing in March of 2019 and her Eden Energy Medicine certification in April of 2019. In her quest to always learn more ways to serve her clients, Eve became a certified personal trainer through NASM in July of 2021 and added the corrective exercise specialty in July of 2022. 

A session with Eve is not an average massage. Eve utilizes tools from Eden Energy Medicine, massage therapy, and NASM to customize every session to her client's needs. She primarily works with people who are seeking ways to be more comfortable in their bodies. She especially enjoys working with the "zebras" of hypermobility. She educates her clients about the movement patterns behind pain. Her goal is to empower her clients to take control of their health and well-being.
